The Gentle Pit has been a valued client of ours since the inception of our partnership, when they approached us with the goal of enhancing their website. From that initial collaboration, we have diligently worked to evolve the design of their site, undertaking a comprehensive redesign through various themes that reflect their brand’s growth and identity over the years.

Throughout our ongoing relationship, we have addressed a variety of additional requests aimed at optimizing the performance and effectiveness of their online presence. These tasks have included significant improvements in loading speed, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate enhancement, and user experience optimization. We have meticulously redesigned numerous pages to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey, while also maximizing the potential of their Shopify platform. This involves leveraging both the impressive front-end and back-end features offered by Shopify, including efficient inventory management and the integration of various applications that enhance functionality.

One notable improvement has been breaking out product pages with multiple variants into separate listings on the collection pages. This change allows customers to easily navigate and explore the extensive catalogue of products available. Additionally, we have implemented features that facilitate effective collection of customer reviews automatically, added countdown widgets to create a sense of urgency for promotions, incorporated advanced size chart functionalities, and introduced pre-order capabilities. These enhancements not only enrich the shopping experience but also contribute to driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction.
