Ongoing Shopify Client

Stone & Rock has been a valued retainer client, providing us with various tasks for their website each month. Our collaboration began with designing their online store. Since then, we have updated the site’s design every few years, transitioning to a new Shopify theme to meet the client's evolving needs and preferences. The current design is the third iteration of their developing design language, reflecting both their brand identity and the latest trends in e-commerce.

In addition to the design work, we have undertaken numerous other tasks for Stone & Rock that are essential for their operations. This includes the creation and addition of new products to their online catalog, ensuring that their offerings remain fresh and appealing to customers. We have also established their wholesale offerings, enabling customers who possess wholesale accounts to access exclusive discounted rates. This functionality not only enhances the shopping experience for their wholesale clients but also drives additional sales.

Furthermore, we have implemented a sophisticated shipping rates system using an app that allows for rate calculations based on both postcode ranges and product weight across various cities in Australia. This ensures that customers receive accurate shipping costs, which is crucial for maintaining transparency and trust in the purchasing process.

Additionally, we have been tasked with several other important projects, one of which involved creating a custom section on the product page. This feature calculates the square meters of an area, assisting customers in determining the correct amount of product needed for their specific projects. This tool is particularly valuable in their industry, where precision in purchasing can significantly affect project outcomes. We have also developed a similar feature that enables customers to add extra products to their cart, addressing the common issue of waste in their sector. Given that it is typical for more materials to be required than initially anticipated, this feature helps customers ensure they have enough product to complete their projects effectively.

We have also assisted this client with their branding by creating style guides and designing numerous print media materials, including brochures and leaflets.
