Social Media Management
For this project, we are responsible with taking over the social media management for Stone & Rock which is an existing client with whom we had previously collaborated on various tasks, including the design of their Shopify website and providing essential e-commerce support. Our new responsibilities in the social media management role encompass a range of activities aimed at enhancing the client's online presence. Specifically, we are responsible for sourcing high-quality images to use in their social media posts. These images can be obtained directly from their website, through their suppliers, or even via user-generated content provided by their customers, ensuring a diverse and engaging visual representation of the brand.
Once we have gathered the images, our team meticulously edits them to ensure they align with the client’s branding and aesthetic standards. In addition to image preparation, we take on the creative task of crafting compelling captions that resonate with the target audience. Each week, we meticulously schedule these posts in advance, allowing for a consistent and strategic social media presence. Before any content goes live, we send it to the client for their approval, ensuring that all material meets their expectations and maintains alignment with their brand voice.
Furthermore, our role involves extensive research into relevant hashtags that can enhance the discoverability of each post. We believe that using the right hashtags is crucial for reaching a broader audience and engaging potential customers. To measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy, we also review analytics regularly, which allows us to assess performance and optimize our content for maximum reach and engagement. This comprehensive approach ensures that we not only maintain but also enhance the client’s social media presence effectively.
