PUQ has proudly been our longest-standing social media management client, a partnership that has thrived since 2017. In the early days of our collaboration, their original social media profile was hacked and permanently deleted. After establishing their new profile in 2018, we have managed it entirely, ensuring a smooth transition and a strong online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and TikTok. We also handle posting for their sister account, PUQ Press USA.
Our responsibilities for PUQ extend beyond mere social media management; we also engage in ad-hoc photography during various cafes and coffee events where their products are prominently featured such as the World Barista Championship. This multifaceted role allows us to not only curate content but also expand the brand's tone of voice and educate their audience about the unique qualities of their products. We meticulously capture and edit videos, as well as source images from existing customers, which helps us create a diverse and dynamic visual representation of the PUQ brand.
As part of our strategy, we conduct thorough research into cafes that utilize PUQ products, visiting these locations personally to take authentic photographs that resonate with the brand's identity. Each image we post is subjected to our stringent editing guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across their social media feed, which we have refined over the years to create a cohesive aesthetic.
To keep the content flowing smoothly, we handle the scheduling of posts on a week-by-week basis, carefully preparing them for the PUQ team’s review. This process guarantees that all material aligns with their expectations and upholds the integrity of their brand voice. Our commitment to excellence also encompasses extensive research into relevant hashtags to enhance the discoverability of each post. We understand that utilizing the right hashtags is vital for reaching a wider audience and engaging potential customers effectively.
