Shopify Client

Gnuvia is an exciting new venture launched by a recent client who was thoroughly impressed with our previous collaboration on their other business. Recognising the quality of our work, they approached us with a request to develop an engaging and effective e-commerce website for their new side business. The client had already invested effort into creating the branding and content that we could utilise for the website. However, they were aware that they lacked the necessary skills to craft a high-converting, visually appealing website and therefore sought our expertise to achieve this goal.

Given the urgency of the project, the client set a very tight deadline, requiring the entire project to be completed within just one week. We embraced this challenge with enthusiasm. After carefully reviewing the content and branding materials provided by the client, we presented several Shopify themes for consideration. The client ultimately selected our top recommendation, which was both budget-friendly and aligned perfectly with their vision for the site, reflecting the style of other websites they admired, as outlined in their brief.

With little time to spare, we quickly set to work assembling all the content, diligently adding the products to the online store, complete with detailed descriptions, images, and all additional information supplied by the client. Next, we established the necessary collections to ensure Shopify would operate optimally, configured all e-commerce settings according to the client's specifications, and began designing the website using the chosen theme.

Thanks to the client’s exceptional organisation and meticulous documentation throughout the project, we were able to turn this around in just a few days. This allowed us to utilise the remaining time before the deadline to address any revisions requested by the client while also assisting her with troubleshooting various issues related to the store. This included setting up the shipping rates and optimising all communication dispatched by Shopify to ensure it aligned with the branding and aesthetic of the website.

The client has expressed her sincere appreciation for our work and the impressive turnaround time, especially considering the ambitious deadline. She was astonished to receive a fully completed site ready for review just days after submitting the initial brief. We have high expectations for Gnuvia and are eager to continue collaborating on this website, adding new features and assisting the client with any future challenges that may arise.
